We encourage healthy debate and camaraderie amongst our students. In fact, having spent 3 challenging days together, they usually leave having made strong, supportive friendships and already set up a private chat group before they leave the classroom!
Yes the theory portion is tough. You will come to fully appreciate that a house built on a strong foundation will withstand even the most severe storms – right? Without fail, having completed the theory portion, our students are staggered by the in-depth quality of the information provided, the practical explanations given and the real-life stories shared by our 20 years in the industry.
The all important theory is delivered a practical manner which makes it easy to understand – complete with real-life examples. Our courses are designed to give you, the student, a strong foundation upon which to build a durable business with integrity, strong ethic and a solid knowledge foundation. The majority of your first day is theory which is followed by designing and practicing on paper. Once our students feel comfortable on paper, we move on to transferring the newly acquired skills to specialised latex practice sheets.
First hand guidance is provided every step of the way to ensure that you will feel confident before we alleviate any fear of working in actual skin. Our experienced educator will be right there with you encouraging you to perform at your best.
Some of the topics covered are: creating realistic hair strokes and patterns, Fitzpatrick skin tones, pigment colour theory, anaesthetics, shaping techniques, BBP, prep and safe methodologies, business, marketing, photography and much, much more.
Need follow up support after our training? This is imperative to your success. Your trainer may invite you to bring clients into the studio so that you may be coached 1-on-1 through a complete A to Z procedure or two, under close supervision and guidance. Many students lack that bit of extra confidence and the time invested to assist them on their way rewards us in leaps and bounds when one ultimately witnesses the student flourishing and successful!
